How do I find my Dashboard so I can delete my blog?

  I want to delete my blog, and in the help it says I can do it through my dashboard. However, I didn’t even know there WAS a dashboard, so, I have no idea how to delete my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to > Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site http://househappymindhappy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog

  To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site.

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
