how do I find my footer 'editor' tab?

How do I add a copyright notice to my footer? (I can’t even figure out how to add a footer…) Thank you!

The problem is the them you’ve chosen (The Oulipo Theme) doesn’t include a footer. In other themes you would have a “footer widget area” and could add the copyright notice that way.
If you aren’t interested in changing themes, I recommend you add your copyright notice to a text widget at the bottom of your right sidebar.
