How do I find my FTP Passward?

  How do I find my FTP passward, or if I don’t have one, how do I create it? How do I find FTP Username or if I don’t have one how do I create that as well. How do I find my IP address. I need to know the answer to these three questions in order to transfer my files onto a self-hosted site
