How do I find my upgrade?

I have upgraded and paid but I cannot find store and My Upgrades. I am totally confused. I cannot figure out where to go or what to do. It keeps sending me to a page to upgrade. Please help. this is my paypal transaction id: 3Y978833D6559514M

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and locate the upgrade records.
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store > Billing History -
Is there a way for me to show you what happens when I login? I am unable to see a dashboard.

Please do two things.
1. Post the URL starting with http:// for the blog in question.
2. Take a screenshot, upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I haven’t started a blog. whenever I go to do that, choose a name, it wants me to upgrade – which I’ve already done.

Okay now I see what the issue is. There is no blog registered to apply the upgrade you purchased to. You will need to register an underlying WordPress.com blog to domain map from to a domain URL. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ Staff will help you with this.

There are no transactions for the account maiaberens. If you used a different WordPress.com account to purchase an upgrade, please log in under that account and post again in this thread, so we can investigate further.

Hi Maia,
All of your email addresses (which I have removed) resolve to a user account on WordPress.com. Each one is a unique account.
I do see a transaction on one of those accounts. However, for privacy reasons I cannot divulge any specifics on the other accounts to anyone but the account owner who contacts us via that account. I have contacted the user on that account via email. Assuming that’s your account, you should be receiving that email shortly.
