How do I find my version of WordPress?

  I think I have the latest version (3.4.1) but my screen looks different from Word Press
  video lesson screens.
  Example: I don’t have a four-column choice in the Screen Options pull-down of the Dashboard.
  What am I missing?

  If you are talking about the site you linked to, we don’t really have a version number on WordPress.com, but we’re usually a couple of stages *ahead* of the official version.

  Any video that you watch that mentions a WordPress version number isn’t meant for WordPress.com
