How do I find out how people are finding a blog post??

Every few weeks or so… a large number of people are viewing an old blog post we posted over a year ago! Where are they finding this blog post?? How can I find out if someone is linking to it? It’s the weirdest thing!

Take a look at your stats: http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/
Specifically the Referrers section (places that are linking to your blog) and Search Engine Terms section (if the largest referrer is a search engine).
You can also view just the day in question by clicking on its bar in the Views graph.
