how do I find out the history of my URL permalink changes?

  I’ve just discovered that my social media counters have been reset to zero
  because I’ve changed the permalinks for some of my blog posts. I’d like to change the current permalinks back to the original permalinks, but I can’t remember what the original permalinks are.
