How do I find out the IP address for my site?

  I’m trying to link a domain I registered on Go Daddy to my blog. It’s asking me for an IP address. How do I find out the IP address on my wordpress site? Thanks.

  Hi, your blog at WordPress.com does not have a static IP address. What you need is the domain mapping upgrade, as explained here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  You’ll need to first change your name servers at GoDaddy to point to WordPress.com, as follows:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Next, visit the Store -> Domains page in your blog Dashboard and enter your domain name. Follow the prompts there to complete your transaction and set your custom domain name as your primary domain.
