How do I find out the owner of a blog or transfer to my account?

  I have a blog set up originally by a friend. I thought I transferred it over to my account (but can’t be sure – there is definitely an email wheere I was added as a contributor). However, I can’t see the blog on either mine or the original persons. How can this blog be recovered and/or assigned to my account? The URL is https://challengespraguey.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
