    Dashboard->Tools page->Delete. Note that you have to be signed in as the admin of the blog, and that afterwards neither you nor anyone else can ever use that URL or contents again.

    You have 60 followers, most bloggers would kill for that many followers.

    You are moving to a new site and name. Shame to loose what you have built up over time

    I would leave the current site up – then make a few new Posts on the current site when you have your new site up as something besides a place holder – that you have a new site and the new article is here and a note on why they should read the new article with a link to the new Post

    The title has “Two” in it – is it just you or did you share the site with another person? Depending – you can migrate followers.

    Are you staying on WordPress.COM but using Domain Mapping with your new name?

    As @RC says above, delete kills a URL, it also sends your old followers in the trash
