How do I find wordpress live chat support??

I recently stumbled upon a live instant messaging style chat support service on wordpress and was able to communicate directly with an advisor who quickly resolved the issue I was having and advised me to get back in touch once I had got the necessary information re updating mail servers – ie. DNS records for my email hosting to link the third-party email account to my wordpress website. The advisor actually copied the link to live chat into the convo for me to bookmark when I expressed my concerns about finding the service again in future. That link brings me here to ‘Ask the forums’ so my concerns have proved valid – where on earth is the page that leads to the magical wonderful world of live chat support????
If anyone can help I’d appreciate it. I thought maybe it’s a timezone thing but it’s now 21:20 here in the UK which makes it 13:20 on the US westcoast and 16:20 on the east coast – not sure where the advisors would be located but assume in the USA.
I’m so close to hooking up the email to my website but not clever enough to do it myself so really could use the help.

Maybe there was a glitch that day and I managed to contact live chat support even though I’m not a business member. Very strange.
