How do I fix a 500 webhook error?

    I am getting a 500 webhook error when a new customer joins our service. Please give me some idea how to fix this.

    Correct account: Yes

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    I see you’re using a membership plugin that’s currently in a closed beta. Please contact the plugin developer directly as per the documentation for that beta version for help with this.
