How do I fix a broken contact page

    I have tried to fix a broken contact page (all the contact fields have disappeared) following various online video guides. As suggested, I’ve copied the code of a replacement page I’ve tried to add but though the fields have appeared as required, and they do work, the code I pasted into the content of the page is visible on the actual live website contact page and it looks really amateur. How do I fix this?
