how do i fix a fatal error?

  When i sign in i get this…
  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /home1/admin/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:153) in /home1/admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend/wpuf-functions.php on line 449
