How do I fix a Fatal Error prevent access to the WordPress Control Panel?

  I received a “Fatal Error” while deleting themes on my dbsarchitectspllc.com website. I am not able to access the WordPress Control Panel and insert new themes. The Fatal Error reads: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class NivoPluginUpdater in /home/dbsauser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nivo-slider/plugin-updater.php on line 8”. What do I do to regain access to the WordPress Control Panel?
