How do I fix a plug-in problem?
-
When I post to Facebook via my blog, the picture associated is sometimes from a previous post and I don’t have the option of changing it. This sometimes happens with other plug-ins, but I’ve noticed it more often with the Facebook plug-in in particular. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you!

What process are you using to post to Facebook? I’m not seeing an active publicize connection on your blog:
If you are posting manually, you might find the Facebook debugger helpful:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
If you post the URL for your post there it will show you the info it’s pulling. If it’s wrong you can force it to fix itself so the shares post correctly.
Let me know if that solves it for you or if you have follow-up questions.

Thank you for your response! I’ll give the debugger a try first and see how that works.
The FB button/plug-in I’m referring to is in the “share” section of the individual blog…I was using that to share directly to my FB page. I’m wondering now if there’s a better way to do that…
Thank you again!

That is one way to do it. We also have a publicize option that might work for you:
