How do I fix as "parse error" blocking me from accessing my page?

  (Sorry for the second request – sent the other too quickly.)
  I am editing a WordPress blog I was editing some code and now all I’m getting is a “Parse Error” message and it won’t even allow me to log in!!
  I need help getting this back in order as soon as possible for a school project and any help you can give me would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Error text is below:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘,’ in /home/yurtyogini/public_html/wp-content/themes/fitness/extension/theme-options.php on line 1132
