How do I fix misdirected wp.me links? (they are directing to an old Website)

    I migrated my blog from one URL to another (still using WordPress and same theme). For the most part, everything is working fine except that the shortlinks for my posts are directing to my old site (rebsdeals.chaosdesignart.com) instead of to my post on my new site (rebsdeals.com). I cannot find any place to correct this. How do I change/correct settings for wp.me shortlinks?
