how do i fix that deleted media library images are still direct addressable?

  i deleted images from the media library but they are still showing up in google image search and google says they are still directly addressable. i checked and they are right. for example, http://wb4all.files.wordpress.com/2011/06/meeting-fatima-while-helping-farida-june-12-2011-just-photo.png, it’s important to remove this and several other images.
