How do I fix the "Page Not Found" message?

  I just changed the name of my blog and emptied the contents on my own but now it is saying Page Not Found when I click the blog name on my WordPress Dashboard. How can I fix it so it goes to my posts correctly?

  The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of your blog appeared because you deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
