How do I fix the URL of my site?

  My domain is http://www.lebanonlutherans.org. When one of my editors changed our featured image this afternoon, the URL for the home page suddenly switched to http://www.lebanonlutherans.org/home/. I’ve tried several times to edit the url of the homepage back to http://www.lebanonlutherans.org, and the editor changes it back to http://www.lebanonlutherans.org/home/. When I go to the original address, I get a blank screen that says “Nothing found.” Please advise on how I can fix this issue, as all of our publicity materials for the last fifteen months have listed “www.lebanonlutherans.org” as our website, and right now it appears to all the world that our site is down.

  Hey there!

  It appears as if your editor may have accidentally adjusted the front page…here’s how you can adjust it back:

  1. Go to the link below:
     https://lebanonlutherans.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?
  2. Click the Static Front Page link.
  3. Where you see “Front page displays,” change the setting to “A static page.”
  4. In the Front Page drop down box, choose Home.
  5. Then, click Save and Publish.

  That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)
