how do i fix this

    I tried to change my theme and when I was uploading all of a sudden everything stopped and this message came up Fatal error…basically it said that the size was more than what I had left how would I know that….how do I fix it? The other theme is still on my website but if i try and log in all you get is that message. I have no access to anything…can I not somehow delete that theme I was trying to upload or am I hooped? I went into my control panel but I have no idea what or if I can do anything to fix it there. Help me please
