How do I fix this?

The dates and times on my posts are incorrect. It is saying it is being posted at six something at night, when it is eleven thirty/noon! I am very confused.

I think this might have to do with the time zone in your settings. Read this link and it will tell you how to change this.
General settingsIf you still have questions, please post them.

The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
If that does not rectify the post order then how many sticky posts have you created? http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
