  I cannot get into my blog.. it reads: Failed to open page because the server where this page is located isn’t responding

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Afraid we can’t help with that: it’s a WordPress.ORG blog, not a WordPress.COM blog, and you need to be in their forums for help with that version of the software.
