How do I fix this? "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

  I deactivated all my plugins,
  I am the only admin,
  I reset my password,
  but the message still appears on the back-end of my site…

  Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!!

  Hey Sean, I just did a whois on your domain and it appears that this seanfargo.com is a self hosted site.

  Is this the case? If so, you should post your question at http://wordpress.org/support/
