How do I fixe a photo that's frame shows only on three sides?

  One of the photos on my blog only shows its frame on three sides of the picture for some reason. How do I fix it so the frame shows on all four sides as usual? Here is the url: http://willworkforjustice.com/about/

  Basically, the image is just a little bit too wide to display itself and the border within the contraints of the theme. If you drop the width by five or ten pixels, it should be just fine.
