How do i follow a blog page?

  I am having an issue following other peoples blog pages on WordPress. Aside from a small number of pages with a visible follow button on their sidebar, I don’t see any way to follow other people such as the follow button on the bottom right of the page that I used when I was previously on wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
