How do I FTP upload from a wordpress.com hosted blog

  I’m trying to transfer hosts from WordPress to iPower, how do I transfer content from my current WordPress hosted blog over to iPower?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid there is no FTP access to a WordPress.COM blog. Why would you not just use the Export function on the dashboard under Tools?
