    I represent 10th Mountain Limo. The previous SEO person was in a romantic relationship with this Client, who owns a Limo business.     Hi there,

    We consider the WordPress.com username account who created a site to be the only owner of that site, and we cannot give anyone else access, or transfer the site to anyone else unless they are able to verify that they are the owner of the site.

    The only way to verify ownership is to provide one of the forms of verification required on the Account Recovery form. If you’re unable to provide the necessary data we’ll not be able to give you access to the site in question.
