How do I get a blog for my shower curtains website

I want to create a blog for my site that carrys shower curtains which is http://www.homeaccentsandmorellc.com/ and I’m not certain where to start. Is the blog an additional page on my website or is it on a blog site and points to mine? I’m new at the whole blog thing so any help is appreciated.

A blog on wordpress.com will be separate from your main website. It can have its own URL, e.g. homeaccentsandmorellc.wordpress.com or it can be mapped as a subdomain blog.homeaccentsandmorellc.com.
