How do I get a breakdown of pst and gst from my website orders

  I pay annually for WordPress. It says I don’t not allowing me to talk to a human. I come up for renewal in June.
  

  I need the tax breakdown I paid for both gst and PST in BC Canada. All I get is a total of taxes.
