How do i get a .com site?

    Hi I am confused- I want to buy the .com name.

    It says I can do this but it is unclear if this will be the name above or will it have .wordpress in the URL? It is 16 dollars yearly for this it says. So confused what I am buying!

    Hi! Sometimes peopel buy domains for sites they may use one day. It sounds like you want to the domain to host a site here with us now.

    If so, you’ll want a paid plan. Personal would do nicely, and you’d get your domain registration free for the first year if you sign up for an annual plan:

    A yearly plan will get you your first year of your domain registration for free.

    If you don’t have a paid plan and you buy the domain, it will redirect to the free address for you. Does that help? If not, send more details and we’ll go from there.
