How do I get a credit for an item that I bought & cancelled?

    I purchased VideoPress on 10/18/11 and it was charged to my credit card. A week later, I went to my dashboard, then the store, and cancelled where I was instructed to cancel, as I do not need this item for my blog. My credit card has not been credited for the $67.97 charge. I cannot get in touch with anyone at wordpress. I have emailed (email visible only to moderators and staff) but have gotten NO response. I do not plan to pay for this item, as I do not need it and have notified wordpress within the allotted time to return items.

  • It looks like you just requested the refund today. Depending on the credit card provider, it can take up to ten days for the credit to appear.
