How do I get a custom page that redirects to another link to show up on my site?

I created a custom page to redirect to my etsy shop and put it in my menu, but the page doesn’t show up on my website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. I can see the Shop item in your menu and it correctly takes me to your page on Etsy. Did you manage to figure this out or do you still need help?

Yup! I gave up last night when I realized I would need an SSL certificate and started designing a shop page that would just have a text link to my Etsy shop. Then it worked! I don’t know how, but yes, I somehow figured it out. Thank you!

For future reference, the way to do this is via a custom link in a custom menu. You must have done that without realising. See here for instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
