how do i get a gallery to display every image properly?

some of the images in a gallery are distorted. when clicking to bring up the full images, one displays properly, the other two do not. i am not sure how to resolve!

it seems to happen only when i select square tiles, so i’ll just stick to thumbnail, or tiled mosaic!
