How do I get a GameChanger scoreboard embedded on my site?
-
I want to embed a scoreboard from GameChanger on my site, but the html is iframe, which I understand is not allowed on WordPress. I want to embed the scoreboard on one page of my site and in the main body, NOT as a sidebar widget. How can I accomplish this? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry, but that embed code will not work because (as you note) we do not allow certain tags on WordPress.com for security reasons, including JavaScript, Flash, iframe, form, and input tags. These restrictions are in place to prevent any disruptions in service due to potentially malicious code.
You can read more about this here:
There is no way to embed an iframe code on WordPress.com. If having that embed is important to your site plans, you may want to look into moving to a self-hosted WordPress.org site:

I’m a little confused. On a WordPress site I created a year and a half ago, I was able to embed the GameChanger scoreboard (using iframe)–it’s still there. Furthermore, I embedded a Google Calendar (which is also iframe) on the current site. How is it that WordPress accepted those instances, but is now being persnickety with this latest one?

So, the reason it worked there is because http://stark-titans.org is a self-hosted WordPress site using the software available on WordPress.org.
To clear up any confusion, while similar and related, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Ok, it makes sense now. I had a lot more options going that route, including a lot more freedom with embedding things. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it!
