How do I get a guest contributor's photo to appear with a post?

  I would like for the guest contributor’s photo to appear with her posts. At present, it appears in email to subscribers, but not at the site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your guest contributor must be registered to gravtar and should upload his photo there with email that he is using in your blog while submitting guest post .

  Note that most themes don’t display author avatars on each post. You’ll have to find one that does or you will have to add the correct image to each post yourself before publishing. Since authors can’t add images, the author can’t do it.
