How do I get a permalink change to stick?

I followed the directions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-title-url/ on how to change a permalink, but even after saving it, clearing the cache, etc. it still won’t stick.
My blog address is http://oriley.wordpress.com on the post on Samuel Butler I accidentally typed samuel-adams!
Please tell me how to change it, I’m stumped. Thanks. ~ Les

I believe you have to Save the edited permalink, then Update the post. Have you done both of those things?
