How do I get a Premium refund?

I just created an account on wordpress.com, and I wanted to test out making a website and comparing it to the one I currently have with another host.
However, I accidentally payed for the Premium subscription thinking it was part of the free trial. Is there anyway I can cancel this subscription and get a refund?

It looks like the domain writingquestioningbelieving.com recently was automatically renewed on your account. I’ve refunded that domain and removed it from your account. The funds will be available within the next several days.

I have had £85 taken from my bank account today this as just made a very stressful time for my family even worse. Please can you refund and close everything down.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

Its not working they say I made a payment on the 27th. it came out of my account today I didn’t make a card payment. I have a family member in hospital and I keep pressing cancel and refund and nothing is happening. Plus there is no contact number. I have contacted the bank and cancelled my card I don’t know what else to do.

juliemathers2–I only see one charge on your account and it was refunded on May 28th. Is that the one you are referencing?
