  My site is down.

  I’m going around and around with the stupid chat bot.

  I have a paid plan. it tells me to type connect me to a human and then I do and then it says ‘I have a free plan’ I have a wordpress.com commerce plan, paid for on August 23, 2024 with a receipt ID of xxxxxx. HELP!
