How do I get a refund?

Hi Doug, I took a look at your account and saw that you purchased your Premium bundle in June of 2013. While you canceled the bundle yesterday, you are still receiving these services. The can be unsubscribed individually, if you’d like me to do that for you.
We want you to love everything you do at WordPress.com, so we provide a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Unfortunately, you have exceeded that 30-day grace period.
Your services are set to expire on June 29, 2014. They are not configured to auto-renew. You can choose to manually renew each upgrade individually, or let them lapse.
