How do I get a refund?

  I purchased a theme today but it is not compatible with the web-builder on my iPage site, so I want a refund.

  We don’t provide support for iPage hosted sites here at WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong place. Contact whoever you paid your money to for a refund directly.

  Sorry but that site is not hosted WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with your WordPress.ORG issue. We cannot help you here.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  Well, this is bullshit then, because the sole option that wordpress.com offers for customer support on refunds is to go to wordpress.org. I will report this to the better business bureau, and if the problem remains I have one of the highest paid attorneys in my state on retainer and will instigate a lawsuit unless i get some real information on the subject

  Please provide the URL for the site referred to in the form of an active link starting with http://

  Please also state the name of the theme you purchased and provide the URL of wherever you purchased it from.
