How do I get a refund?

I need a refund. How do I contact support to get it? I don’t see a “cancel” button available to click in the “store” section of my dashboard. It says to contact support to get a refund. This is the only option that I have…. to post a question here.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can request a refund from your dashboard.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
