How do i get a refund for my upgrade?

I just purchased an upgrade 10 minutes ago and need a refund.

You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard. See here please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds If you purchased a bundle see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundle

I have done that three times already today and still i have not received a confirmation email. I anly have 48 hours to do this and i get the feeling that this is being delayed because it is the weekend and the time for refund request will expire and i will not get my refund. I am going to do it again and see what happens.

Have you checked your email client spam/junk mail folder? Note that I have flgged this thread for Staff assistance.

I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having canceling your paid upgrade and getting a refund. I’ll be happy to help with that.
Before I proceed, on the Store -> My Upgrades page from your dashboard, what happens when you click the “Cancel and Refund” link?
(Another window should appear asking you to confirm, along with a text field asking for a reason why you’d like to cancel and refund the upgrade.)

All of those things are happening, it looks like everything is working the way they should except i am not receiving the confirmation email. According to the system my refund is not valid until i click on a like within the confirmation email, which again, i have not received even though i have requested the refund about 10 times now.

Okay, I’ve removed the upgrade from your blog, and refunded your credit card. You should see it on your credit card statement within 7–10 business days.
