How do I get a refund from wordpress.com for a premium site

  I just created a premium site and my credit card has been charged. I cannot get onto the site because it keeps telling me my password is wrong. I have tried everything I know to access it, but it won’t let me. Is there anyone real out there?

  The wp site is The Reflective Heart. It is owned by me, under lilliebarfield. It’s the premium site. I logged in using my peregrineproductions21@gmail email, and it took me to a totally different page, that showed the user name as peregrineproductions21. I changed that to lilliebarfield, as username only, but I still have no joy on the premium site. I used to have a wordpress acct under Azalea Soup, but I have let that go, as I no longer needed that site. Someone from wp contacted me and said it’s next to impossible to delete, so I told them the issue, but I’m waiting, so any help would be appreciated.

  @peregrineproductions21 I’ve also tagged this thread for Staff since it involves a refund however it would be helpful to provide the actual address of the website involved. Thanks.

  There is not a premium plan added to this user account. It sounds like you’ve created multiple accounts. Try to reset the password from the link at sign in.
