  How do I get a refund? I registered a premium site in April and it’s gone. No way to contact support, becasue apparently you can only talk to them if you have a Premium site. Oh wait… I do have a premium site….

  Want my money back so I can find a better host than WordPress

  Hi there. Can you please provide the URL of the site in question? http://bargainbookclub.wordpress.com/ is empty, and the site connected to your username, http://reynox.wordpress.com/ has been deleted. Was your upgrade on one of these sites or on another one?
