How do I get a refund of a recent upgrade renewal?

  Last week I renewed my 10GB upgrade but then I realized I have not been uploading audio files recently and I don’t need the upgrade after all. I do not see a Cancel button in My Upgrades – how do I request a refund?

  Hi there,

  I double-checked that if you canceled this you would still be able to use any audio currently on your site – and that is the case. I can definitely cancel this and refund you, if you can confirm that you would like me to do that for you. The blog in question is godfamilyandlife.wordpress.com, for clarification.

  I canceled and refunded this for you. Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to post back to your bank account.
