How do I get a refund on a site I don't use anymore (I can't log in either!)

    Is there someone I can contact directly to provide me with a refund for a site which I don’t use anymore. It has automatically renewed itself! I can’t seem to log in either…. Its like a maze trying to find any details or support to help me

    Did you create the site and purchase the upgrade with this username, louellawietske, or did you use a different username to create the site?
