How do I get a short url for tweets?

  I want to get a short link url to use on twitter

  ok i found it sorry. I just couldn’t find it on support. a quick google solved it.

  When you are in Classic edit mode for a particular post, you’ll find the short link button at the very top – on the same line as the permalink, edit and view post buttons. Click on the short link icon for the code.

  In the new edit mode, the short link can be found by clicking on the Sharing button in the right side bar.
