How do I get a thumbnail of a video blog post to show when shared on facebook?

  So, I rely on facebook for a lot of my traffic, and I plan on posting a lot of video. It used to be that when I shared my posted on facebook, there would be a thumbnail of the video on the FB post. Now there is that option. I don’t know if this a question for WP or FB, but I think that thumbnail is priceless in engaging potential readers/viewers. Any thoughts?

  The thumbnail is chosen on Facebook’s end using a set of criteria that they seem to change frequently. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

  Maybe you can help me with another unrelated question. I have the custom css upgrade, and yesterday I changed to site title font (just using fonts, not css), and then changed the size of the font in css. But then, for some reason margins on the menu and the contents changed completely. I can’t figure how to get it back. This is the site, mercuryrise.wordpress.com. Originally, all the formating was roughly centered over the background picture, but no longer.

  figured it out, somehow I changed the container width. Sorry, to bug you, and I appreciate your help.
